This visual takes place in a dystopian future where all humans must hide themselves. The only way they can fully express their true nature is at human speakeasies that do not allow any robots to enter. What happens when this is infiltrated? DONE WIT IT
" “Done Wit It” is a song about the erasure of distractions in exchange for a step into personal power. The song showcases my lyricism and newly found production skills, while authentically expressing myself. As my first self produced release, “Done Wit It” is a model of my intention to introduce a raw, new sound that will impact generations to come. The music video represents reaching your personal paradise once you are free of the negativity hindering you. For me, that paradise was experienced amongst the purity of the island Sint Maarten. TRUST HER (LIVE)
"Trust Her was the first song created for Insomniacs Sleep. I recorded the first version of the song in about 25 minutes with Turbz & Dj Sinatra on production. The beat sparked a lot of rage in my system so thats exactly where I pulled my inspiration from. I originally wasn't the biggest fan of the song because I felt like it was rushed and for some reason it just wasn't sitting well with me. This wasn't the case for everyone else in the room as they thought this song was good to go. This ultimately lead me to keeping the track apart of my project. With an extended version of Insomniacs Sleep releasing on 3/31, I wanted to approach this song from a completely different perspective. This is when i teamed up with 4 talented musicians and created a live rock rendition of Trust Her. Special thank you to everyone involved in the project. Please enjoy."Composed by: Johnny Based

IN THIS INTENSE FEVER DREAM LIKE VISUAL, JOHNNY COMES IN CONTACT WITH ONE OF THE MOST LETHAL VIRUSES IN THE WORLD: RACISM. HE BATTLES THE HATRED, IGNORANCE AND SUPREMACY OF THIS INFECTED SOCIETY EVENTUALLY BREAKING FREE AND CREATING A NEW PATH.
